The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with well-kept and comfortable rooms. The location was great, just a short walk to the city center, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The breakfast option could be improved with a wider variety of choices.

I had an amazing stay at a hostel in Leon. The rooms were bright and pleasant, and there were fun lounge areas to relax in. The kitchen was clean and amazing, and I loved that they had an honor system for buying things from the fridge. The make-it-yourself pancake breakfast was delicious, and the free coffee was a great added bonus. I also enjoyed playing pool and other games in the hostel. The location was quiet and peaceful, and I especially loved room 8 with its personal balcony. I was impressed with this hostel and would highly recommend it.

The room was spacious and clean, with plenty of room to store belongings. the bathrooms were also clean and nicely maintained. the breakfast provided was delicious and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. there was a small pool available for cooling down.
The pool was quite small, which may not be ideal for those looking to swim or relax by the pool for long periods of time. it would have been better if the trash bins were emptied more frequently to maintain cleanliness.

The communal area at the hotel was excellent with a big kitchen, good wifi, and guitars available for guest use. the staff went out of their way to be helpful, even calling around to find us another room when they were full. the dorm room was clean and tidy with big lockers for storage.
The bathroom facilities were a bit limited with only one shower and toilet shared between 10 people, which could be inconvenient at times.

I recently stayed at Hostal La Tortuga Booluda for 5 nights during my trip to Nicaragua. The location was perfect, with easy access to the main attractions. The included breakfast had three different options and was a great way to start the day. The pool was a refreshing oasis in the hot weather. The private room had a hotel-like cleanliness and feel, and the rooftop gym offered amazing views of the city. it was a calm and relaxing hostel with great amenities.
Would recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at a lovely hostel in Leon and had a great experience. The hostel had a relaxing atmosphere and was located away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, with fans to keep cool during the hot days. The small garden outside the rooms with hammocks and chairs was a nice touch. The fully equipped kitchen was a bonus, perfect for those who want to self-cater. The common area was spacious and had everything you need to relax and socialize, including a pool table, books, and free Wi-Fi. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable throughout my stay. The included breakfast was delicious and filling, and there was free coffee and filtered water available all day. I had a wonderful time at this hostel and would highly recommend it to others.
Although my stay was generally great, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The internet connection was a bit unstable, which made it difficult to work online at times.
